ABOUT US

The Center for Collective Use of Scientific Equipment “Fluorescence Spectroscopy” was created on the basis of the A.V. Bogatsky Physico-Chemical Institute of the NAS of Ukraine with the aim of the most effective use of unique and valuable scientific instruments for conducting scientific research into the luminescent properties of various substances.

The basis of the Center is the spectrofluorimeter "Fluorolog FL 3-22" manufactured by "HORIBA Jobin-Yvon Inc." (France, https://www.horiba.com/int/), which occupies a leading position in the world in the development and production of spectrofluorimeters for fundamental scientific research. The optics (Czerny-Turner scheme) of the modular type of spectrofluorimeter with double-grating monochromators for excitation and emission ensures focusing of radiation along the entire optical scale and provides accurate imaging of microsamples. The element base of the spectrometer allows it to be used for high-precision luminescent studies of samples in any of their physical states, both in dynamic and kinetic modes of operation.
